For more than two decades, I worked as a child welfare social worker, guiding families and children through some of life’s most difficult challenges. That work shaped me, but it also reminded me of the importance of turning inward and caring for myself. When I retired, I dedicated myself to my own healing and rediscovery. Today, as a certified Guided Meditation Facilitator and Coach, I share that journey with others, creating safe, supportive spaces where you can relax, reconnect, and grow
